Hi! I'm Shantell, a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Nutrition Coach with a passion for helping people achieve their health, fitness, and weight loss goals. My goal for my clients is for them to learn how to create sustainable lifestyle changes that lead to long-term success.
My journey into the world of health and fitness started in 2015 when I decided enough was enough. I wanted better for my kids and I knew the way to get there was to change the lifestyle we were living. I needed to be healthier and I wanted to be someone they could look up to and be proud of. So that day I decided I was changing my ways and I did. My journey hasn't been easy and I have definitely had my struggles, but the most important part is that I didn't quit. I stayed committed to my goals and I'm so proud of the progress I've made!
I ended up falling in love with health and fitness and I really wanted to be able to help people achieve the same results I've gotten. I've always shared my journey in hopes of inspiring others to make the change as well, but over the last year or so I really wanted to be able to help more. After going back and forth (a lot), I finally decided to take the plunge and become a personal trainer and start my own business!
My Philosophy: I believe that everyone deserves to feel their best, and that achieving optimal health should be accessible and enjoyable. My coaching approach is focused on sustainability, personalized guidance, practical strategies, and continuous support.
